Rotational molding

 

The 4500 rotational molding machine features a 4500mm arm length, designed for manufacturing large plastic products such as storage tanks and large containers. It can accommodate molds up to approximately 4300mm in length, ensuring uniform molding and high structural strength. The machine is equipped with three workstations, allowing multiple molds to be processed simultaneously, significantly boosting production efficiency. This makes it an ideal choice for large-scale hollow plastic product manufacturing.

Plastics Pelletizing

 

Our pelletizing process is designed with precision to meet specific material requirements, including hardness, UV resistance, anti-static properties, flame retardancy, oil resistance, and custom color matching. Utilizing advanced technology, we ensure that each batch of pellets is consistent in quality, providing optimal performance for a wide range of applications.
